How early do you arrive to set up?
We always arrive well ahead of your event start time — typically 45–60 minutes early to have the full gyro station up, running, and smelling amazing before your first guests walk in.
Can you cater for smaller, intimate gatherings in Sun City?
Absolutely. Our 10 lb cone package is designed for events of up to 25 guests — perfect for a retirement dinner or intimate family celebration. We give every event the same full live-station treatment.
